State reporting requirements including SIMS, EPIMS, SCS, SIF, SSDR,
VTCTS, and Secure Portal Directory Administration. Also high level of
knowledge of the X2 Aspen Student Information System.
Applications Development:
Have extensive experience as a developer of Business and Technical
Applications; Web Applications, Client/Server, and Mainframe. Particularly
skilled in the conversion of computer applications (software) and user communities
(people) from old to new technologies. Also have experience automating manual
processes into computer based applications. Deep understanding of numerous
programming languages. Extensive Database knowledge.

Highly detail orientated. Ability to identify and troubleshoot
complex issues.
Web Administration and Content Management:
Highly proficient in Html and Dynamic Web Languages. Know what is
involved in utilizing various Database technologies in Web Sites and
Applications. Experienced with a variety of Web Servers.

Have expertise in Installation, Configuration, and Administration of
numerous Operating Systems, Software products, Networking protocols, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Registry manipulation.

Have been Project and Technical lead on various software
development projects over the years.
Business Systems Analysis:
Originally trained in Business Systems Analysis and Design at Bentley University.

Technical Documentation, Training Guides, Curriculums, etc.
